Infiltration

Our secrets are out. Let your friends know.

The other day, Shannon and I were eating dinner and had left Logan playing on the floor of the next room. After a few minutes, the room went strangely silent. This, of course, caught my attention. I could hear some soft crinkling of paper, which made me curious. I poked my head around the corner, and was able to catch Logan red handed in the middle of a undoubtedly sinister inflitration mission -- gleaning what information he could out of the latest "Parenting" magazine, and even destroying the evidence. Despite my shock at finding a traitor among us, I was able to collect my senses, and use my camera to get some recon before Logan found us out. The only question left is, who is he reporting to? Why has he deserted our cause? These and many other questions, for now, remain unanswered...

(Feigning innocence, he quickly turned the magazine upside down to show us he couldn't read it)
A seriously display of lack of respect for authority

Wes and Erika

On January 2nd we had the privilege of seeing my brother Wes and his fiance Erika sealed in the San Diego temple. It was so special to see them sealed forever and we felt so blessed that we were able to be there for them on such a special day.

The Happy Couple

Kev, Logan, and Me in front of the Temple
Lately whenever we are eating and Logan isn't he gets mad. All this good food and he doesn't get any! So we decided to get him something baby safe that he could suck on while we were eating. We let him try a baby yogurt smoothie drop. He didn't really like it so he tried spitting it out only it kind of stuck to his upper lip. This was the result...

Too cute not to post! Our little buck-toothed 6 month old.

Christmas 2009

Christmas was exciting this year, mostly because it was was Logan's first. We all got what we wanted. Kev: wii games and a drill, Me: some books, a nice clock for the wall, and wii fit plus, Logan: a children's book and some toys. Plus my parents spoiled us and got us a cocoa motion and some other awesome stuff. We got to see family on both sides and got to meet Kersten's new baby. All in all it was a fabulous day! Logan's favorite part however wasn't recieving gifts, it was playing in the wrapping paper...
